Terms & Conditions

Thoughtful guidelines designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

1. Booking & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted by email at least 30 days prior to the start date of the booking and must be acknowledged by the property.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days, less a 10% non-refundable administrative fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival and must be respected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Use of Property
The property is for registered guests only and may not be used for events, parties, or commercial purposes without prior written approval.

5. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The property owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury during the stay.

6. House Rules
Guests agree to comply with all posted house rules, including noise restrictions.

7. Pets & Smoking
Pet and smoking policies are specified at the time of booking and must be adhered to at all times.

8. Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
