Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start date of the booking. A cancellation is considered confirmed only once written acknowledgement is provided by Newton on the River.

For eligible cancellations, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the confirmed cancellation date. An administrative fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be retained and is non-refundable.

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking are non-refundable.
